This hotel is located off a busy highway. We had a 3rd floor corner room near the highway, but we did not hear highway noise. The hotel could be a few years old but it is well-maintained. I thought the arms of the sofa in our room were a bit worn but everything was clean and the decor was up-to-date. It reminded me of a cruise ship's decor (blue, gold, and red colors). There was a nice garden area with a gazebo and outdoor seating in back of the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
The desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We have a memory foam mattress at home and sometimes hotel beds can be very uncomfortable in comparison, but the bed in our room at this hotel was comfy. The bed had a comforter enclosed between 2 sheets which was lightweight and just the right warmth. I liked that the shower had a proper shower curtain and clear plastic liner, not just one of those thin fabric ones that blow around when you shower.
Breakfast was available but we didn't try it because we had other plans. We got this room for $54/night (plus tax)--a great value in the metro Atlanta area, where most hotels even in the same chain will be at least $75/night or more.Other hotels in this area were priced similarly.
