Let me start by saying Ive never stayed at a hotel this nice. We walked into a lobby that was huge and a desk clerk that was smiling and nice. We got into the room and I have to say it was a little on the small side but was nice and clean. We had two doube beds that I must admit don't sleep two so dont even try unless your really small like kids but for two grown adults it is going to be a squeeze, I ended up sleeping on the floor with a sleeping bag which was more comfortable then getting slapped all night for moving. If you are traveling in a small group of like three the bed would work you have a pull out sofa so someone can sleep in the living room. The bathroom sink being outside the bathroom worked well for us because someone could get ready while someone else took a bath. Also the kitchen was a nice add with a dishwasher, coffee pot, and toaster. We had a great view of the city, and close the the place's we had to go for a charity event. We paid cash up front so when we check outed all we had to do was go. They didn't have any problem with it they have a breakfast in the morning that is worth getting up from and Monday-Thur a welcome home dinner. I will tell my friends about this hotel so they know were to go if they have to visit Alpharetta

I might be wrong but I really don't think I am. A lot of adult escort services going on in this hotel, I noticed it on 2nd and 3rd floors. Men just in and out of the hotel suite mostly during the day and a few at night. I just couldn't believe what I saw. This is just so disappointing.

This hotel was quick to double-charge for our one-night stay, but has yet to refund the overcharge despite numerous phone calls and agreements to take care of it "immediately." I love this chain, but cannot recommend this hotel. If you don't mind being charged twice, go for it...

This hotel has all of the benefits of a Homewood Suites (large rooms, breakfast and welcome home reception), but it is old and lacking. My room was a little dirty, especially the walls and corners, windows, things that aren't necessary to be super clean, but the nonetheless are plainly visible and icky. The housekeeping staff can obviously see the filth, yet they do nothing. My room was missing all silverware, which sucks when you want to cook your food, and then have to call for silverware and go through all that hassle (I didn't). My refrigerator was old and made a loud banging noise everytime it shut down after cooling the inside sufficiently. On the plus side, the windows opened, but there was a pile of dead ladybugs where the window sits in the wall, because the screen was bent, leaving an opening to the outside big enough for bugs to climb through easily. In fact, I experienced it firsthand when a large wasp flew into the room, and I had to chase it around trying to kill it before it stung me. The hotel was always crowded on my week there, however. Mostly with baseball teams. Breakfast and dinner were fine. Staff was ok, not great, but sufficient. I would not stay again, unless I had to. Near a Wendy's. Super slow wireless internet.
