My husband and I stayed at Staybridge for one night recently, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We thought the hotel was very nice from the lobby area to the room itself. The suites were complete with cookware, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. which made it very easy for us to make ourselves at home.

The amentities offered for the price that we paid made Staybridge an excellent deal. The location was also ideal. It was away from the primary hotel and entertainment/shopping area, yet close enough for us to get to restaurants, the mall and movies in a very short amount of time. We loved the remote location, with easy access to the expressway and local retail shops and entertainment.

We do plan to go back to Staybridge.

We stayed on a weekend. The hotel was ok. I thought it could be much cleaner. The trash cans were all overflowing. The pool area was unkept also. I asked the front desk when was the last time the pools clorine level was checked and she said she thought they come on Sunday. Public pools should be checked every few hours not days. The night before (Friday) there must have been 20 people in the pool. Needless to say I was not allowing my children to swim in that pool. Which was a big issue for me because my girls were looking forward to the pool. The breakfast was pretty decent. Our phones didn't work either. The "updated" fitness room had 3 machines 2 were broken. I would not stay here again.

We stayed at the stay bridge with my wife, seven yr old daughter and 5month old daughter. The place was built in 1998 and looks it. I specifically asked for late check out Sunday as my wife and seven yr old were going to American girl store and I wanted to keep the baby at the hotel. I was told by front desk no problem I could stay till two. At 12:45 the manager is knocking on my door asking when am I leaving? If this was a problem they should have told me at check in. Next visit I will be staying at residence inn which is right next to mall.

The room was large and confortable.
I was pleased with the service and the shuttle ride to my workplace.
I arrived at night and din't know there was no restaurant in the hotel and was too late to order out. On the second day the hotel served food around 6 p.m. It was a nice surprise!!!!!!!!
The hotel was full of families and they seem to be enjoyng themselves.
