I had several problems with Wellesley Inn Suites in Alpharetta. I feel like I did what I could to fix them. I ended up cutting my stay short and moving to another hotel. The first room they gave me was not ready. I went back and got a new room. I got in to the new room and found out they don't provide any basic necessities--only a single bar of soap--no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. I walked next door to get the last bottle of Pert from the Food Mart. A very weird guy followed me from there into the hotel and up to my floor. I reported him to the front desk, but I don't think anything was ever done about him. The TV remote didn't work. I asked for new batteries--the remote still didn't work. I asked for a new remote--it didn't work either. I gave up and decided to go watch TV and walk on ther treadmill. It didn't work either! The only internet connection available in the room was $9.95 a day--as a business traveler I'm used to not having to pay for the few minutes of internet I use at night. The water pressure in the bathtub was sad. The tub was finally filled up about the time I finished shaving my legs and bathing.
The only redeeming thing about this place was the front desk staff. They were friendly and genuinely apologetic....unfortunately they weren't able to do a whole lot about the issues I had.
