I came here with my girlfriend for her family reunion. I enjoyed the room, though there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It was spacious and clean though. The service at the front desk was very good. The room attendants were very attentive and caring. I would recommend this hotel if you happen to pass through Albany, GA.

when I clicked "Get Rates" I noticed that courtyard.com and another site came up NOT WITH Fairfield Inn but with the Courtyard which is nearby and at least one star less in reviews and quality.
If you didn't read carefully you'd think you were getting the Fairfield for lower rate.
I couldn't see where to bring this to anyone's attention except with this review. Be aware.
The very good reviews here are for the Fairfied, not fair to divert people to the Courtyard this way.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a poor experience. However, the new customer experience manager contacted me soon afterwards and seemed really apologetic and gave me a partial refund so I do believe that they will be better in the future.

My family and I were on a business trip. We were passing through Albany around 1 a.m. and spent the night at the Fairfield. The woman who took booked us in was very nice. The common grounds were immaculate. And I can say the same about the room. It was very clean. The place is approximately 6 months old. There was a nice HD TV in the room. Really comfortable beds. The bathroom was larger than most. Plus the rate was very fair. They offered a free breakfast but we did not eat there.
