We recently rented 8 rooms for a family reunion. When we walked in the hotel it had a moldy smell. We all checked in and 5 of the 8 rooms were terrible. One party had to move 4 times! The air does not work properly. The hall ways wre so hot about 100 degrees. There is no maid service. The towels were dingy. Continental breakfast is Fruit Loops and Raisan Brans. Milk and Sunny delight in Half gallon jugs. The maintenance man is the security guard, front desk man and everything else. We asked for a refund and the manager made excuses and would not give one. I will never ever stay there again.

The stay was horrible. We stayed there during the summer. The pool was filled with green water. My kids were not allowed to swim, of course. The water pressure in the bathroom was not up to standards. We had to shower with very little water coming out. When we called the front desk for wash cloths we didn't get any. The rooms could have been much cleaner. We found a dead roach under the ottama. Several people we knew complained about the same problems. At the end of our stay, we wanted to speak with the manager, but we were told he was unavailable. Things could have changed since then, but I will not return to this hotel.
