We stopped at this location on our way to Florida. It was very late and all we wanted was a clean room to sleep a few hours and shower. The bedspreads had burn holes, stains and the beds were hard. The drapes, wallpaper, etc were all outdated. The tissue dispensers were rusted. Do not stay here.

This motel was horrible. Although the hotel was not busy at all, it was very noisy... I suspect from the family that owns the hotel that also live on site.

The bathtub was grimey, and the rest ofthe bathroom was in dire need of a good cleaning. I made the mistake of touching the TV remote, which was greasy. Everything about this place was just.... dirty!

Also they screwed up my reservation, basically I pre-paid, but they had no record of my pre-payment.

Ramada's are a franchise... you never know what you are going to get; and the whole chain is on my list of hotels to avoid.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the walls were so dirty you didn't want anything or one to touch them. The tub/showers were dirty and stained.........but the best was the sheets and pilowcases . We had to change them ourselves because they were dirty! The excuse we were given is that it was under new management and they were having problems with housekeeping ("they didn't understand English very well"). We travel often and don't really care about "frills" just a clean room to sleep in. The web site states "The Ramada Limited Acworth is a newly built hotel in the town of Acworth, Georgia" I'm not sure when they created the webpage but it is misleading. Not what we would have expected from Ramada.

A great hotel at a good price. Room clean, Staff very helpful,easy to find, Very Quiet rooms.
