This property, which appears new is actually a remodeled Comfort Suites. The furniture and decor is great but that is where it ends. My first room had a toilet that wasn't securely bolted to the floor so I was moved. The second room had a broken floor threshold that had a very sharp edge, was missing the closet/mirror/sliding doors and was painted so poorly that I thought a 3rd grader might have completed it. The staff attempted to be helpful but they are unable to do anything with such a shoddy property. If you are loyal to this brand of hotel travel to the next exit for the Holiday Inn Express on Barrett Parkway, MUCH better property.
Room Tip: Stay at a different property.
