Tha Marriott management should do something about this hotel as it really is a blot on their reputation. It's in a great position, has generally helpful staff , relatively spacious rooms, but is so outdated in terms of its condition that it's an embarrassment. We had to turn off the aircon as it was so noisy which prevented us from having a decent nights sleep. The bathroom was dingy and basic in the extreme with its equipment in urgent need of replacement. The cleaning staff performed a minor miracle in keeping as clean as they did. Nowhere near the standards one expects of any Marriott, irrespective of its grade,in our opinion.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the palm trees and courtyard added to my sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. If you are looking for a decent place to stay in proximity to Aventura Mall then this is the place. Each room has a refrigerator and there is a one time charge of $25.00 if you need a microwave in your room. I plan to stay here on my next visit to the area.

This is definatelly not a hotel for vacation. For business is ok but you have to take care of the location. It is convenient only if you have to be around. Also it is important to say that is quite far from Miami airport. Fort Lauderdale is the best option to land. The breakfast for sure was the best part and affordable.

Stopped and spent a night at Courtyard Aventura. Nice and friendly staff, coffee in the lobby and good location just a mile from my favourite Mall. My place got fumigation notice so I was forced to look for a good Hotel in the vicinity. Picked it right, good size room, hot shower and decent breakfast. What more can you want?
