Been staying here about twice a year and had been excellent but now rating it as very good cause it is getting older and could use a little attention. Great when the price is right. Pool does not appear to be heated as stated. Least we have yet to feel the warmth..lol.

Stayed one night at Candlewood Suites in Altamonte Springs for a one day visit to Winter Park. Choose hotel due to location and great rate. Stayed in a studio suite with a queen bed which had ample room for one person. Room was clean and did not have any noise issues. The furnishings and bathroom show some wear but clean. A negative is that even though the hotel is next to I-4, it is not close to an exit. Good choice for me when traveling solo.

Amazing, quality, price and service.

We initially wanted to stay here for only a month, but we stayed for 8 months!! It was home for us. We were so blessed to stay here. The staff was kind, and always made sure we were comfortable.
Our room was cleaned every week by an extremely friendly housekeeper.

I can not write enough words to express my gratitude to the staff for making my family's stay so pleasant.

We will return to this property when we are in Orlando again.

Located close to I-4, but outside of Orlando north about 20 minutes, this property was reasonable and clean. Has a full kitchen, bed was comfortable, free laundry for guests, exercise room, unheated outdoor pool (brrrrr...!!!_
I did have to request a few things be taken care of. The housekeeper had missed some spots while vaccuuming, the remotes didn't work, the desk chair was ripped up. Whatever I brought to their attention was taken care of almost immediately so just ask if something isn't right. They were very prompt. Right down the road is a lovely town park, large shopping mall, movie theatre. You can get dvd;s at the front desk if you want to stay in. Very quiet even when they were sold out full. You can hear from the hall but not the neighbors, but nothing terrible. I have stayed with this chain before and had a similar experience. I think saying they are in Orlando should be changed since it is quite a ride from the airport.
