Cowardice manager (Jay Patel) is a cheap sneaky dishonest Indian who never speaks face to face with his guests in regards to business issues. He makes his staff do all his dirty work for him, His staff constantly tells me about how much they hate him, they complain that he often doesn`t pay them their rightful hard earned salaries. He offers his staff zero benefits and when he does pay them he pays them salaries h pays the absolute minimum required by law. He raises the rent to unacceptably high rates (not worth it at all) with no notice at all for faithful long term guests. He proceeds with extensive "in room" changes while guests are still living there with no notice at all, changing beds and furniture with older dirty ones with many workers walking in and out of the rooms all day disturbing the peace removing and adding ugly warn out furniture. The internet is weak and often breaks off. Some cleaners perform horrendous work, very bad room service most of the time done by non English speaking people. Monthly rates are high and do not include breakfast. You`d be much better off staying at the Howard Johnson right down the road. There you get a nicer hotel, better service, nicer rooms, better internet, great breakfast buffet, nicer pool and almost the same monthly rates. Front desk staff are very nice at the Ramada, the best part of the hotel I`d say.
