When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleased with the location and the appearance or the room. However, upon closer inspection I found hair in my bed and shower. When I called down to the front desk to see what they could do about it they made me feel like I was bothering them. The only thing that they suggested was switching rooms, which was not an option because i was all move in. I know it's not the end of the world but because of this I will look to one of the 30 other airport hotels when I am looking for a place to stay by DIA

Very clean hotel in safe neighborhood. Typical Residence Inn rooms and good breakfast. Evening reception very good also. For an airport hotel, quite a ways away, but hotel provides free airport transportion every 30 minutes.

We stayed one night after flying in to DIA, it was great not to have to start driving immediately, and relax before travelling onward.

The hotel had everything you need and the staff were very nice.
Would certainly stay again.

Only stayed one night after a flight from UK and before picking up hire car. Stayed in one of the suites which was were well equipped with virtually a full kitchen, of which we used very little. Rooms were spacious clean and every tidy. The lounge area was comfortable with plenty of seating and with 4 TVs throughout plenty to entertain, if American TV can be called entertaining. Breakfast was a buffet but with plenty of choice available. The shuttle driver was also very helpful taking us the next morning to the stand to catch the hire car shuttle. Over all we were very pleased and will certainly use again when we fly into DIA
