We stayed here when Frontier Airlines cancelled our flight from Denver to Durango (will never fly Frontier again). The hotel was gracious enough to give us a greatly reduced rate. We enjoyed our say so much, we stayed there again for the last two nights, before we flew out of Denver. Very nice room, accomodating staff, great breakfast and super exercise room - everything we could ask for at a reasonable price.

Our adult daughter, my husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night when we flew into Denver. The staff was terrific! We didn't arrive at the hotel until about 11:15 pm, using the free shuttle, and when we arrived we were told that since they no longer had the two bedroom unit we were promised, they were giving us two rooms instead, for the price of one. Timothy and Nathan, in particular, were great about accommodating customers.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and all you could ask for. The only thing I would like to see at all Residence Inns is real plates, silverware and glasses at the breakfast buffet.

I stay here when my first choice is not available. I'm becoming hooked on the points so a a Marriott is usually what I'm looking for. Nothing special, but its clean, a big room with a living space and kitchenette. The bed is pretty good as well. It tends to be noisier in the mornings and all the doors go "SLAM". The nightly offering of snacks and wine is a nice way to cap off a rough day. The pool and jacuzzi are in a glass-walled room in the front, where all who wander by can see in, which bugs me, so I never use them. Friendly staff, good service. I'd stay here if I was on my own dime and was looking to save money on food by creating in the room. Otherwise, I head to the Gateway across the street.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleased with the location and the appearance or the room. However, upon closer inspection I found hair in my bed and shower. When I called down to the front desk to see what they could do about it they made me feel like I was bothering them. The only thing that they suggested was switching rooms, which was not an option because i was all move in. I know it's not the end of the world but because of this I will look to one of the 30 other airport hotels when I am looking for a place to stay by DIA
