My husband and I flew in just for one night on a quick trip to Aurora. We got to the hotel and they gave us an early check in, and up to our room we went. The room was a nice size. We had a king size bed, desk, couch, table and fridge. All was good. Even a lot of restaurants close by. When it was time to go to bed, thinks just got bad.
There were long black hair in between the sheets. There were a lot like housekeeping did not change the sheets. Needless to say we did not sleep in the bed.
So what started out great ended not so great.

When we arrived the gentleman at the front counter was not very friendly. The room was fine. We checked for bed bugs but didn't find any. The beds were really uncomfortable and we did not sleep well.

One complaint wasthe air conditioning would cycle and click throughout the night. Made for a challanging sleep. But all in all it was bearable. Good Hot Breakfast each morning and helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights, while car was repaired and checking out new IKEA in Denver Tech Area. Beds were nice and comfy. We missed out on evening socials where they provided Fazoli's which was nice. I was impressed with the cleaniness of our room. Flat screen tv, updated room was nice as well!

Note: No hot tub. Did not use the outdoor pool.

Overall this hotel is centrally located, clean, and new design. Rooms were very quiet.

Check in - Long line at check in due to a large number of airline passengers having difficulty checking in, the computer system was obviously not cooperating but this caused a significant delay. Check-in staff rushed through my check-in, but was courteous enough.

Room - Room was clean and quiet.

Breakfast - Very disorganized, stayed 2 mornings for breakfast and both morning they consistently ran out of items during the posted breakfast hours. At one point there were no eggs, biscuits, pancakes, or cinnamon rolls available.. and this was 30 minutes prior to the advertised end of breakfast. The breakfast area and lobby was quite nicely designed however.

After checking out we decided to stay in the Denver area one more night, and we decided to try the Holiday Inn Express in Wheat Ridge (west side of Denver) and were much more impressed.

Overall, not a bad stay, but not an excellent one either.
