I stayed for a week, but in retrospect would have rather paid a bit more and stayed at a motel 6. I had to buy air spray to take the odor out of the air after checking in This is as much of a suite as a vw bug is a limo. Rooms are small, and have a tiny micrcrowave, tv and refrigerator. Rooms were not filthy, no bugs, but not clean either. They do a once over cleaning between guests, change sheets, etc but the room really needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. The room includes a roll of toilet paper and two small towels. You are responsible for everything else. There is no toaster, coffee maker, etc. The first night was fairly noisy with constant shouting in foreign languages in the hallways- otherwise quiet enough. Be prepared for unexpected outages- one day the power was out for several hours...on another the water was out for several hours while the mechanic worked. There is no advance warning given. Beds are not comfortable- you don't want to sleep on your back. It has a laundry room which is handy. At first I thought it was overpriced ,$1 for a dryer load, however was pleased to find the machines have moisture sensors, so I got over an hour from the dryer vs typical 8-10 minutes. I guess that's about it for the positives besides of the reasonable rate.
