Cannot fault The Gant as room and staff were fantastic except to say that it doesn't have a bar or restaurant. However, Aspen has those in spades! We did pay for a deluxe 2 bedder i.e. a renovated room so cannot comment on the unrenovated rooms. Plus we were upgraded to a 3 bedder which would have been roomier as the third bedroom was on another floor i.e. it was a 2-storey apartment.

Wonderful - we were upgraded from a one bedroom share to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo.
Some minor maintenance faults which were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the helpful staff. Our first stay at The Gant (have stayed elsewhere in Aspen) attracted by the hottub etc. which is great. Disappointed that the bathrobes mentioned in other reviews were not and will not be supplied (we would have brought wraps ourselves). So far so good.

Great location with all facilities, staff was very helpful, appartments are very well furbished (fire place is very nice during winter!) everything is made to feel at home. Logistics is provided thanks to the bus driving you where you want when you want and even picking you ... very confortable

The service is impeccable first of all. Everyone was very helpful. The fireplaces are great and the decks are fully stocked in the winter. We had the fire roaring a few nights, although they suggest only having a fire every other day. Great place to the stay for the whole family. We were walking distance from the gondola, but they will give you a ride if you ask. nice hot tubs, although sometimes a little crowded. We missed a lot of snow this year, but at least the rooms were great. Maybe next year we'll come later in the season.
