This is a great hotel to stay at. I actually got the hotel on Priceline so I didn't know what hotel I'd be at, and was very pleased when I checked in. It has a very modern look with great design. The room was very comfortable with a very nice king bed. Has a pool and hot tub. Free shuttle anywhere in Aspen. Free Internet. Has a bar/lounge on the first floor -- 39 degrees. We visited in the offseason and the menu was consequently limited, but still good. Very close to the slopes. I'd highly recommend staying here.

A business meeting took me to Aspen (first visit) and a stay at the Sky Hotel in Aspen. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to all needs. Catering staff for the business meeting were exceptional, never experienced better service anywhere. The furnishings/decor were a delight - Kimpton has upgraded an older facility and given it the right touch of trendy, without going extreme. Appreciated the animal print bathrobes, Aveda products in the bath, and excellent service on the patio. Liked it so much, I bought a gift certificate for son/wife as a birthday gift. They will bring their dog (Sky welcomes dogs) and ride the bikes (furnished at no charge).

Good greeting upon arrival and helpful accommodation with a late check out. Nice property and location!
