I have stayed in many hotels between buisness and work throughout the years, but this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Me and 7 other family members(including 4 children) were in town for a funeral. We had traveled over 10 hours. When we arrived everything was good...nothing spectacular. Staff was nice. The rooms were ok. We were only staying 1 night and leaving right after the funeral the next day. We headed out around 9:00 at night for out 10 hour car trip back home. About 2 hours in we stopped for gas, my cousin (who was holding all the money) could not find her wallet. After emptying out the van and looking everywhere we could not find it. We decided to head back to the hotel to see if we possible left it in the room or something. We arrived back to the hotel at around 12:30 am. and with the help of the staff looked for the wallet but could not come uo with anything. At this point it was around 1:30am. We all gatherd in the lobby.. all the kids were either a sleep or upset. One of the employees called the manager.. the manager came to the hotel and was amazing.... he gave us 2 free rooms for the night, orderd pizza for us, opened there breakfast area and told us to help ourselves the anything we wanted.... He was absolutely amazing. I really didn't thing there were people like this around anymore. This was by fare the best experience I ever had in a hotel. Look no further... stay here ... if for nothing else.. just to meet one of the few outstanding members of society left in this world.
