I usually do no make a fuzz on reviews or bad comments on hotels, BUT this one, I just could not stand it.
Bad customer service, first of all, it looks like the hotel belongs to an Indian family, so there is always some one at the front desk that will not understand you.
Rooms has this pesticide smell everywhere.
On our couple of nights there, fire alarm system was always beeping every minute!
They did offer me to change rooms AT 4 am!!!!!
General areas are not that clean and you can hear every noise around you and when I tried to talk to the front desk about it, they answer you very rude or non sense like, this is the way it is.

I usually stay on Days Inn when I travel, AND TRUST ME, THIS ONE PARTICULARLY has made me change my mind.

We picked it for the price and didn't expect much with a 2 star rating. But the room was very large, and was plenty of room for my family of 5. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed some touch up work but it was clean. Overall the property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Located in a strip mall so that was different but it turned out better than we had anticipated. Close to the freeway and lots of nearby food options.

Poor customer service. The metal doors slammed open and shut all night long from the lobby area. Sound echos throughout the hotel. Bedspreads in poor condition. Not in a very safe neighborhood. Breakfast was OK. Unwilling to help us have a comfortable stay...

My wife and I spent two nights at the Days Inn while our house was being fumigated. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. We had a nice suite above the large, sparkling pool and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We used the refrigerator and there was a microwave. Plenty of stations and options on the TV.The continental breakfast was neat and unrushed. The entire facility was well maintained. The ample parking was relatively secure as was the building. The price was well worth the accommodations. We will certainly recommend this motel whenever the opportunity presents itself.
