“Awesome Family Hotel and Great Service”

This hotel was awesome! We go to Disneyland about 4-6 times every year and this was our first time staying at the Park Vue Inn. Now we will only stay here, when we go from now on. We have 4 kids so the 2 Queen / Bunkbed room was perfect, it wasn't the biggest room but you're not there for the room anyways. The breakfast every morning was great, hot options of waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. and the normal cold options of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. great way to start the day and saved us about $40/day. They also have a "Dinner-hour" with 1 entree and sides of green salad, 2 types of soup, fresh veggies, jello salad, etc. The 1 entree ranged from hot dogs, tacos, sliders, nachos, etc. not the highest quality food but good enough to go back every night and besides it saved us another $100/day. They also have FREE parking, and the staff is the best we've had in the Disneyland area, even better then then Disney hotels.

“Great Place”

Definitely the best location of any of the off-site hotels near Disneyland. This place has very good customer service and like I said an unbeatable location. The rooms are decent. The breakfast in the morning is above average. The price increases continue to outpace inflation however, and I'm starting to look towards staying at a bit nicer place if the prices continue to rise.

“Best Value”

We just got back from a four night mid-week stay here at Park Vue with our two 4.5yr old twins. Husband and I agree that we will stay here each and every time we visit Disneyland in the future. Despite the walls being thin. That is the only one con against all the pros.

We drove and were greeted with a very friendly parking attendant. We quickly discovered that every employee was friendly. The housemaids, maintenance walking by, managers, gift shop ladies, kitchen personnel were all so welcoming and accommodating. A nice welcome basket with a bottle of wine, fruit and Cold Stone Creamery coupons was a nice touch. I like the Mom and Pop motel feel rather than chain hotels. If that is your style then this is the place for you. They truly care about your experience with them.

The location doesn't get any closer to the park entrance, awesome for toddlers or Grandparents who get so wiped out they might need a nap. After naps we ate their food at 5 then went to park at 530p to finish the night in the parks.

Breakfast foods were a nice variety and tasted good. That kitchen staff works hard to accommodate A LOT of people in a few short hours.

If your little ones are too tired at the park, you can view the fireworks show from their balcony while you sip your wine or beverage of choice.

We never had to move our vehicle because we walked to/from park. We also felt our truck was secure in their lot with no worries about mishaps.

Room Tip: upstairs and back of property so as to not listen to little kids running down the upper balcony towa...

“Good value, great location”

There's not much to complain about here. It is a motel-style property, and there was a bit of noise, but nothing that kept us awake or woke us up.

The room was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to Disneyland.

The meals were very appreciated. We ate supper both nights we were there, as well as breakfast. Nothing too fancy, but it was just what we needed. We also liked the welcome basket and each time we were in the lobby, we were asked if we needed water bottles.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: I would ask for a second floor room.

“Closest to Disneyland entrance; family friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

Excellent staff - I made a point of telling the manager - from the cleaners who always had smiles to the reception and food service staff. You can't get closer to Disneyland entrance - so it was great to be able to walk directly across the road to start early and be able to return for a quick nap before heading out again for the evening. Excellent free breakfast and free evening meal (simple fast food and salad etc - but just what kids like and its free!) Rooms were comfortable - L shape family room allows parents to watch TV or read without disturbing kids too much. There are a choice of several good family restaurants within 1-3 minutes walk. As we planned to leave at 4pm they were happy to allow us to leave our car in their carpark.

Room Tip: If you have a family of 4 - ask for the family room with the queen and twin bunk beds.
