I was given a very warm welcome by the staff as a Priority Club member. The room was great and I can't say enough good things about the breakfast in the Great room. All the staff was warm and friendly.

What a gem! They offered an incredible rate and we were minutes away from Disneyland! The service was awesome. We were only going to stay for two nights, but liked it so much we extended our stay. The breakfast was well set up and plentiful. They even kept it open later than advertised as a "New Year's" present. The staff are courteous and seem to like working there. We will definitely return next time we're in Anaheim. Thank you!!!

We moved to this hotel from another because it offered more room for the same affordable price. We walked to Disney Land from this hotel. They served a nice breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the usual standard for a holiday inn, clean room and comfortable bed. The location is good, 5 to 10 minute walk to Disneyland. However, noise was an issue. We stayed on the 3rd floor and I think elephants stayed above us. The footsteps and thumping above us was the loudest and woke us up each morning. I have stayed at many hotels and heard footsteps above, but this was crazy, each thumping of footsteps above us, it felt like someone was about to crash through the ceiling. Another was the noise from the hallway outside our room. I know it was holiday season but loud voices could be heard from the hallway, peoples conversations word for word. People would congregate in the hallways and have loud conversations especially late in the night. Running up and down the hallway from kids, thump thump thump. Perhaps signs could be placed in hallways for guests to be quiet for consideration of other guests and NO running in the hallways. Breakfast I cannot comment on, it was lined up out the door, holiday season, so I can understand this. Would I stay at this hotel again, NO due to the noise I experienced.
