This place is right next door to the convention center parking lot. Which saved me the cost of parking at the convention center. Very Convenient if you are a service contractor for Conventions. Very affordable room rates . More like a small apartment than a motel 2 bedrooms a dining area and a kitchenette. Place was falling apart and needs serious maintenance and repairs but they do keep the rooms clean and morning coffee and danish in the lobby was nice to have. Not a place I would bring my family but okay for a place to crash after working .

We stayed at the Eden Roc Inn and Suites again, for our annual trip to Disneyland for Christmas. As it was last year, our stay was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We never experienced any sort of disturbances like noise, smoke, etc. The short walk to Disneyland makes the Eden Roc a great place to stay. The General Manager, Jason, is very kind and friendly, and keeps us coming back each year.

We didn't stay at this hotel but we did visit it and asked if we could look at the rooms because we have 19 family members visiting Anaheim next year and we wanted to view some hotels in the area for ourselves. This hotel was shocking. It's so old and run down and smelt of cigarette smoke. It was horrible. We looked at what they called a suite (one king bed in one room and two double beds in another). There was hardly any room to move, everything was squashed in the rooms. The shower was over the bath and the bath was disgusting. The enamel was flaking off the bath. The little kitchen area was old wood and horrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...and they even had the nerve to say it was $99 per night. I stayed in a beautiful hotel very near to that for the same price with wonderful large, clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Health inspectors should visit places like this, especially in a major tourist area close to Disneyland.

We just got back from staying 1 week at the Eden Roc. Rooms were a little dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. Oscar went out of his way to make our stay good. We had a family of 10 staying there in 3 rooms. The 2 room suite was great for the kids. It does need a little work but for the price and the location you can't bet it. The fridge and microwave were great for spending a week there.
