“Great Hotel on a budget. Breakfast for $5!”

I can't stand it when people come on here after paying virtually nothing for a hotel room and then rip it to shreds on tripadvior because it's not what you "expected". I'll give it to you straight about this quaint hotel. This is not the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills but if your somewhat of a reasonable, open minded person, you'll be able to appreciate this hotel and most likely want to go back.

We have stayed here at least 6 or 7 times and have never had a problem with the room, security or staff at the hotel. In fact the staff is very friendly, the rooms are unique, clean and very large compared to your stand ROH hotel room. There is a small kitchen in each room which is helpful when you don't want to spend $60+ on dinner. BUT the best part about this hotel is that for $5 extra dollars a night, you can feed everyone in your room a great breakfast at the hotel owned restaurant across the parking lot. It's a great start to a long day at Disneyland. This isn't your ordinary continental breakfast either. Cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages...you can't feed your entire family this kind of breakfast for $5 bucks!

I never felt in "danger" even going out to the car at night and works just fine for a family on a budget. If you don't mind staying 5 to 7 minutes off the beaten path to Disneyland and can appreciate a deal when you see one, you'll have a great time here. I know we'll be back.

If you're looking for a clean cozy quaint place to stay with a kitchen - microwave, fridge, etc. and at a GREAT rate, this is your place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I'd definitely come back.

“Friendly Staff, Nice,Cozy, but Spacious Rooms,Reasonable Prices”

The first night we checked in was a Monday night and unfortunately I didnt see a nametag, because the guy that was at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The king size studio room was so big, Me and my husband were pleasantly surprised. I would also like to mention that one of the guests decided to leave their dog in their car with all the windows rolled up. I complained on Wed night and it was the same guy that helped us on Monday. Anyway, he could tell I was very upset, and he said he would take care of it. I went down to check a little bit later, and the dog was gone. That meant alot that staff cared enough to take care of it. I met the owner, I believe his name is Rick. VERY nice gentleman. They were changing out mattresses and doing some construction, but the workers were very well mannered, and even though I thought the hotel beds were great, I think its neat they were still trying to improve. The internet on the 3rd floor does sometimes go out, so if your a business person, you might want to stay on the 2nd floor maybe. The biggest downside is that during the time we went, they were offering a full breakfast for $3.00 a person. The breakfast was served at the nearby restaurant. The pancakes were hard and cold. And I dont know why but they refrigerate their syrup which made the pancakes even colder. I brought my own syrup the next day, but it wasnt much better, because they were still hard. The Orange Juice tasted like Sunny Delight, but worse. The egss and ham were ok., but not as hot as I would have hoped.

“BEWARE!!!”

Booked this hotel thru Expedia, read all the reviews and thought this would be a great place. Oh boy, was I wrong! When we arrived, we realized we were in the "hood" of Anaheim, very run down part of town. Mattresses out on the patios, construction going on. But, thought I would at least check the room out. Another on boy! Reserved a 1 bdrm apartment and it turned out to be just 2 rooms that adjoined. The smell of Lysol was over-bearing! So, beware, if this is your only option, sleep in your car, in another part of town!

“Better than we expected.”

We stayed here over New Years Eve through Jan 3. 2012. The kids loved the entrance with five fish ponds. The staff were all pleasant. There is a rustic Spanish style throughout the property. The pool has shade covers, dinning tables and a gas BBQ. The rooms are studio style. Two very comfortable queen beds, a small sofa that my tall 7 yo grandson slept on , and a complete kitchen with everything to prepare the meal. The fridge is full size, the closet is huge, large hallway with a dressing chair, and counter with drawers. There are complementary soaps, shampoos, and hair conditioners that smelt like mango orange For six dollars the whole party of five ate a full buffet style breakfast on the property. At the front desk are coupons for free bar drink per adult or children eat free with each paid adult for lunch or dinner. The rooms and property were very clean and we all felt safe. The prices were great because they are a mile or two from the major attractions. It is worth that short drive. We will surely return.

Room Tip: Room 207 faced the parking lot but was quiet. next time I will ask for a room with a view of the po...
