We were there December 7, 8, and 9 2011 and the water was cold in the back of the property building, didn't know it otherwise we would have stayed elesewhere. But usually this is a great place to stay for the price, we will try again in February, hopefully it's been repaired.

Better than what we expected aircon smelt and the sink is in the room not bathroom. Can see fireworks from carpark, spa was good, staff helpful booked tours for you. Breakfast is minimal cereal donuts and muffins juice and coffee, was only made for kids. 15min walk to Disney.

My daughter and I stayed here two years ago and we were delighted. There was no question that this is where we were going to stay this time. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The lady at the front desk was not friendly or accomodating. They stuck us (a single mom and her 11 year old daughter )in the back alley way. The shower was cold. Four nights of cold showers-yuck. On my way out, the lady at the front asked how my stay was. When I commected on the cold water she said that was the first complaint she had received. Then the man behind me said,"make that two complaints. The water was freezing" Then she said that they were scheduled to have the water turned off that afternoon to work on it. Why would they do that if there were no complaints! I don't expect a lot from a $50.00 a night motel. The rooms were clean enough and the cleaning ladies were helpful. BUT I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE LIED TO and I don't think sticking us in a back alley room without warm water is acceptable. I will not return. (By the way, the Super 8 off of Disneyland Drive is MUCH BETTER.)

Our 8 night stay was excellent. The rooms were very large as we had three families with a total of 6 kids. Rooms were clean, staff were very freindly and efficient in regards to housekeeping and tidyness of hotel and pool. Front desk staff very helpfull with directions, Disneyland was about a 20 min walk, and thats with stroller for the baby and a three year old who walked as well. We had an excellent rate and it was well worth it. We are planning another trip without the kids and will be booking with this hotel again.
