We stayed there during our recent trip to Universal Studios & Disneyland.

Pros: Meets all basic necessities

1. Comfortable beds
2. Clean and decent room (just your average hotel room but most importantly it's clean)
3. Free wifi/internet
4. Within walking distance to Disneyland, and if you're lazy, it's along the route of the Anaheim Transit shuttle. You can get the ticket from the front desk.
5. has a guest laundry room.

Cons:

1. Friendly staff but bad service. Our aircond was leaking and I called the front desk but they never turned up. Also, I asked for a hairdryer as the one in our room wasn't working but again, it never turned up. On both occasions, they promised to send someone over. But they were friendly.

I booked this hotel because it is close to Disneyland, and I was running the Tinkerbell half marathon. Check-in was a breeze; and employee was very friendly and gave me pamphlets on the complimentary bus for the race weekend. I booked a 2 double-bed room, which was a little small, but clean and quiet. The hotel is directly next to the parking structure for Disneyland, but I didn't hear much noise. The hotel is walking distance to Downtown Disney, which worked out very well for going to the Expo the day before the race, then just walking to the start line for the marathon the next morning. I didn't have to worry about catching the shuttle. I have already booked my room for the next Disneyland marathon in September, but have booked a 2 Queen-bed room; hopefully that will be a bit larger. The only thing I have to complain about the hotel, is that the water from the tap seemed to smell a bit like sulphur. Maybe they were working on the pipes or something that weekend, not sure. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Disneyland.

Purpose of stay was in town for the Tinker Bell Half-Marathon, hotel was on the course, a Big Plus for booking this hotel. This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel, last stay was for Disneyland Half-Marathon during Labor Day weekend. They did an upgrade with the TV's, we had a nice large LG HDTV with 3-HBO's, and 3-ESPN, so there are plenty of channels to watch.

Major disappointment was the Outage of the WiFi Internet, I brought my laptop and my wife's tablet, Useless without Internet. I called front Desk, Jose, said he fielded 2-3 other complaints about WiFi Outage, but could not give me an ETA when it would be up again.

Con's - the $10.00 Resort Fee, No Refrigerators or Micowaves in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay last week. The hotel is located in a very unique spot near the park which provides a very pleasant walk to the park. We stayed in the themed room and it was absolutely worth it!! Staff was very nice and the kids eat free breakfast was great. Will stay there again for sure.
