“Worst hotel ever!”

I've traveled all over the US and this is by far the worst place I've ever stayed...

Upon check in we were greeted by an Indian who spoke little English. The lobby is the size of a Kohl's dressing room. There is a small walk-up window on the side of the lobby. This leads me to believe the lobby is locked at night and the managers live in the room attached to the lobby. What a pleasure that must be.

The room stunk. The TV's were from the 1980's. The microwave was from Big Lots. Im guessing the phones at one point appeared to be white but could not tell through the yellowing. The AC/Heater smelled like burnt hair. The bathroom light flickered which was like being in a dance club with a strobe light. Perhaps this was intended due to hide the pincher bugs crawling around the green mold that lined the bathroom. Or perhaps it was to hide the showerhead caked in hard water deposits. Our showerhead looked like a cave formation. Or maybe they wanted to hide the black dirt on the bottom of the tub. The soap and shampoo provided were all mixed matched brands. It looked like the managers saved them wherever they traveled and put them in the rooms.

The Internet is a joke. It reminds me of dial up AOL. The door to our room barely shut. Upon opening it I noticed the inside frame was broken out at one point. I'm certain our room was subject to a drugs related search warrant by Amaheim PD. Too bad Mr. Magoo did the door repairs.

The contetentail breakfast should be banned by the health department. There is a counter with a sink in the small lobby. The coffee is more like darkened hot water. I'm pretty sure the pastries are actually hard tack left over from the American revolutionary war. Maybe the stains in my room were the aftermath of an upset stomach after the breakfast.

“Great, cheap option with wonderful hosts.”

Nick, one of the proprietors, is a lovely man who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome.

Anything I asked of him was not a problem at all, from asking for some extra fruit, to getting another access key to the free wifi.

Let's face it you're not at Disneyland to sit in your hotel room, so why not save some money on it!?
Only an extra 200m walk to the actual Disneyland hotels... This is the place to be!

“Spend extra $10 on a better hotel!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 June 2011 via mobile

this hotel was disgusting! its like a very cheap motel. Right when you enter the room there's a strong odor! I can't tell what it is smells like dirty carpet, mold i don't know. I've never had any reviews with the hotel i stayed before but this is worst! Oh and don't be fooled with the continental breakfast, it's only coffee (which you'll wish you get it from a gasoline station instead), toast, donut, muffin thats it! One more thing beds are not comfy at all i dont have any allergies but when i'm inside the room i kept sneezing and ened up with a cold but when i'm outside im ok. I tell you spend extra $10 to anoter hotel. Worst 2nights!!!

“I definately do not recommend it..”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 June 2011 via mobile

Upon check-in, there was an indian man who was difficult to understand & took over 10mins to stop talking to a friend and assist us. The 1st room we checked into smelled of mold (they had left the door open in attempt to air it out) and the fridge did not close. We asked to change rooms and this time the AC was mussing knobs, found a few bugs, and the fridge was tiny. I not only feel scammed by their pictures (the pool is tiny and dirty aswell) but I will not be going again.

“BEDBUGS!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2011

My husband and I stayed in this hotel from Jan 13-17, 2011 during the NAMM convention in Anaheim. The room REEKED of mold, you could see visible mold growing on the ceilings in the bathroom and the bedroom. Then on the first night, I discovered a bedbug in my bed!!! HORROR! I took a picture of it with my iPhone (not the greatest quality image) and killed the bug. Fortunately, I did not see any others during our stay. We kept our suitcases off the floor on the stands that were provided and sanitized EVERTHING when we got home. I reported the mold and the bedbug to the property management and was told "Sorry". I requested a discount for the inconvenience and horrible mold small AND for the fact that I would now have to unpack in the garage at home and fumigate everything before I could bring my personal items back in to the house. I was offered a $36 discount for my trouble. WOWEE.
