Solid Sheraton, this former Renaissance is a great pickup for Starwood in the area. The hotel beautifully fits the upmarket neighborhood delivering outstanding consistency in all departments with special kudos for F&B. It should only get better with the upcoming renovation. We'll return.

PS: While in the area don't miss Cafe Provencal in Thousand Oaks. Excellent French fare with Marseille no nonsense attitude form it's owner, Serge.

This is by far the best hotel in Agoura Hills area. Have been here many a time, always the best and friendliest service. Kind support staff, very comfortable, clean and secure condition. Sylvia Munguia in particular is so terrific and always make me and my family feel at home. If in the area, only stay here.

The Sheraton is Agoura Hills is a nice hotel that I consistently return to when in the area. The location is convenient to the freeway and surrounding businesses. The rooms are typical of a Sheraton and appear to have been recently updated.

What sets this hotel apart, though, is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, both at the front desk and in the lounge.

They consistently seek to engage guests, especially repeat guests to ensure that the guest has everything that the need. While they are all friendly and helpful, Jordan is especially adept at greeting folks each morning and making sure that they are happy with their stay.

The main area where this hotel could improve is around the fitness center, although I am told that a new, state-of-the-art fitness facility is in the works.

This hotel had just changed hands when I visited before. The room selection was far better this time and the service by the staff was great.
The beds in the rooms here are very comfortable and the location is great for business travelers who want to be north of, yet near LA and South of Santa Barbara. Convenient on and off the 101
