I am from the Santa Barbara area, my family and I came here because my sons soccer tournament was in the area.
When we first entered we were a little confused on exactly where to check in due to the fact the hotel is under renovations, which of course made us think we would have a bit of a not so peaceful stay with all the construction noise. It was actually the opposite, we were placed on the 3rd floor (hotels high floor) and we heard not one sound!
The intial front desk employee, which may have been the owner was VERY accommodating and friendly, later that evening though my husband went to the front desk to ask where the gym was located and was ignored for about 5 mins due to the agent finishing a personal phone call (and the gym was closed due to the renovations =-()
Our room was great, extremely clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice as they generally are at most Hampton Inns.

The only major down side is the location, in order to get back to the main road you have to go about a mile down the road to make a legal U turn.

I would absolutely stay there again =-)

I've become a fan of Hampton Inn, and this one had one of the nicest room I've stayed in. It was very modern and immaculately clean. I really liked the design, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a good value, and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

This hotel was undergoing maintenance but we were fortunate to get an updated room. The room was average size and fairly clean. This is an easy location to the freeway and close to good resteraunts. The main problem is the Internet. While it was free, it was the slowest I've ever experienced. We were close to a router and pulling a 100% signal but couldn't load videos or Skype my daughter. The speed was a shameful 350 Kbps!!! Anyway, I travel over 200 days a year for business and this will my last stay here. We checked out after two nights.

I stayed at the hampton inn and suites-agoura hills for 3 nights with my four kids and have to say that it was one of if not the best trip we have been on together as a family. From the checkin to the checkout every encounter we had with a staff member was great and pleasurable. There was nothing that we asked for that we didnt get. The rooms were were spotless and the beds very comfortable. They brought up a roll away bed before we arrived and had it made and set up for us which was perfect because we arrived late. I was so impressed that i even took pictures of the property to show folks at home. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!
