we didn't get what we paid for. room was not clean at all. do you have a person to clean ? if so let that person clean,bugs in room. stove not working,no lights in some rooms,place was a mess. it was not what we expect.everything was a mess,not injoyable at all OK,and stop put yourself up there with other brand name hotels on the net,you need some help!and NO we will not be back again and spend some money buy some paint and paint that place OK. it looks like hell and pay someone to clean it up, u will not get my money again.i dont no what category you are in.so peoples don't go in. the jackson family. lagrange ga.

Congeniality and helpfulness of staff at this place is to be commended because they really try. They do this in spite of property that looks like corporate Days Inn really doesn't care. In our room we had a hanger rack that was falling off the wall, cold water tap that was really warm water. Inadequate and non-working electrical outlets and parts of bed frame that stuck out and will hurt your legs if you aren't careful. The pool was open but no one at the desk knew how to turn on the lights in the pool after dark. You can see how they make money - by mandatory 2 night stays and highly inflated prices during football season. The rest of the year their prices are more in line with sanity but still are too high for how the property is maintained. The only saving grace of this property is that it is across the street from Auburn. Days Inn should have a little more pride in this place. Even the breakfast was barely worth mentioning.

Everything was as expected of an economy hotel...clean, quiet, and convenient. Bed was soft enough for my back and pillows were plush just like i like them...I'll be here again when in Auburn

I was thrilled with the location of the hotel. It lies directly across the street from the campus of Auburn University. The campus is fabulous but this hotel is certainly NOT. The room was not ready or clean at check in time. When I returned 3 hours later, it was still not clean. The front desk girl was very apologetic and polite. She was the best part of the whole hotel experience, but the owner/management was lousy. They had no solution other than to say to check back later. I had many bags from shopping and did not want to lug them everywhere that I went. The owner said nothing but stared at me blankly when I asked for another room. I ended up leaving my bags in a locked car, but did not feel comfortable doing so. This hotel was not only severly lacking in cleaning staff but also in class. It was outdated, shabbily furnished and smelled unclean. The bathroom smelled terrible although it had supposedly "just been cleaned". The sheets were also stained and I pray that they were clean. I did not call the front desk because I had already been informed that they had no vacant rooms and it was extremely late when I actually entered the room. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will spend a little more money and stay next door at the Auburn Hotel or I will drive in from a new hotel at Tiger Town. I wish I had thought to take photos of the stained mattresses, dirty floors and black mold in the soap dish of the shower. This was more like a hotel in a third world country!
