Very friendly and helpful. The night clerk came to my room and got my computer on line for me. He would not accept a tip for helping me. Very unusual level of help.

Filthy, Disgusting, Smelly, just a few of the words I would use to describe this place! Stopped there on the way back after a day's worth of driving. After 13 hours on the road, we were just looking for somewhere to crash for the night, no frills expected. The room was cheaper than most in the area, and right off I-65, and that is the only thing pleasant to say. Checked in, found dirty washcloth still in the bathroom, obviously smokers were the previous renters, party going on until 4 am in room next door, management did nothing to stop it. Sink had dirt still in it, counter was slowly falling off the wall, stripped the bed because I couldn't be sure the last time they were washed. Took a chance on the sheets because I figured that they were the most likely to have been washed. Hot breakfast was a joke, even the coffee tasted three days old. Stayed at the Quality Inn across the road on the way down, paid a little more, but was definitely worth the extra $.

I can't believe that anyone would stay here! The sheets had urine stains and hair in them. I can't even imagine what I would have seen if I would have looked under the bed. Do not stop here....you will not want to go in.

We have never had any problems with any Country Hearth Inns, until last night. There were two couples and we got two rooms, one smoking and one non-smoking. Our room, (non-smoking) was obviously a smokers' room, even though there was a sign on the door. The smell was terrible and then when we pulled down the bed cover, we were shocked to see that the sheets were extremely wrinkled and dirty. The bed wasn't even made up right...looked like they just threw the cover on top of it. We got 2 towels to take a shower, but they were like paper and the shower was filthy. We all got bug bites and I'm nursing one bite that may have been a spider bite. They had a rat catcher on the side of the building like they weren't even trying to hide the fact that they had a problem. Forget eating there because the eating area was filthy. I think someone from Country Hearth Inns should pay them a surprise visit. They would make them clean up their act or get out of the business. These people are ruining their good name. My husband slept in the car. I wish I had.
