Checked in around 3 A.M. for a few hours sleep. Left about 5 hours later around 8 A.M. True, I should have checked my receipt but didn't. Later I happened to look at it and saw he had charged me for 3 nights. But the check in and out date reflected only one night. When I called him about it, he shouted and screamed like a lunatic before taking one night off but refused to take off the other night. His reason was that i didn't check out. I told him I was leaving in a few hours. No other hotel has ever done this. I called corporate and as of today they have done nothing. They say it's a franchise but I know even a franchise has to adhere to a corporation's standards. Stay here at your own risk with low expectations and pay in cash one night at a time.

Visited Country Hearth Inn back in February on our way to Florida and then again on our return home. Rooms were clean and comfortable; the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Location is conveniently located within a very short walking distance to restaurants. I was just getting ready to reserve a room again when I read the negative review. We enjoyed our stay and are reserving a room for our trip again.
