Just stayed here a week ago for a three-day work trip. We barely left the place because we attended a conference there.
Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The young woman who checked me in overheard me say to a colleague that I needed to print out a one-page document. She suggested I email it to her and she printed it right away. Simple gesture that made quite a positive impression.
The room was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Bathroom had a gigantic sink and love that they had Aveda products.
Only had breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Again, excellent service.
One thing to note if you're going to an event there: the conference rooms were freezing. I had to put on a sweater under my business suit I was so cold. My room wasn't because I got to control the temperature, which I appreciated.
The hotel has a grand history and a fantastic location. There are tons of restaurants nearby. At least two Starbucks, if you'd rather take your coffee break there.
I would stay here again, no question.
