I chose to submit all my reviews only after we completed our trip through the US and Mexico. I'm glad I did, as otherwise I wouldn't have recognised just how much further Henley Park goes to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing about our comfort was taken for granted - there were so many small touches that really endeared us to this place. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Henley Park Hotel. It is very convenient to the Convention Center and only blocks away from Chinatown. The rooms are small, but they were made a long time ago. The Hotel has a lot of construction going on all around the site, but they did supply you with ear plugs to get some sleep. I will use this hotel again if in the D.C. area

I have stayed at the Henley twice and both times it has been a pleasant experience. The food is excellent but extremely over-priced ($30 for breakfast). I ordered room service one day and they gave me a double order of toast (I didn't order it) and they would not take it off of my bill.
But, the lobby, bar and restaurant are all very unique and the rooms are comfortable. It is an older hotel with small rooms, but it is very clean and up to date.

Quick thoughts.

Rooms are very, very small. If you're up past floor 5, plan on it taking 10 minutes for the hot water to reach your shower.

It's a bit loud there. Ear plugs are provided to each guest complementary.

Food was fine in the hotel restaurant. Not excellent. Fine. Staff was fine. Not excellent. Fine.

Beds were comfortable. Very clean rooms and hotel's general spaces.
