I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the key sights of D.C. I hadn't really experienced Georgetown before on my first trip 3 years ago, so I was excited to see it on this trip. I picked this hotel as it was located pretty close to main attractions like the White House and the Ford's Theatre as well as everything else which was a great choice. It was only about 10-15 minutes walk from all of this so you really couldn't beat the proximity.
I got a great deal on this hotel, which was good since I was on my own. I enjoyed having a microwave and fridge as it helped me have a hot or cold snack late at night if i wanted it, with a walgreens right around the corner too. There were restaurants and shops into the Georgetown area which was good too.
The room was huge, it had a partition kind of, which separated the bed from the living room. Overall the room was huge, and the tv turned around so whatever room you were in you could watch it. They had a coin operated laundry which was handy, only one machine for both but i was the only one using it at about 6pm so it didn't clash with anyone else which was good.
I would definitely stay here again, with all of this plus free breakfast and wifi, you really couldn't go wrong. It was a nice hotel, i was happy with it and enjoyed my time in D.C even with the major heat that had been occurring whilst i was there, so atleast the air con worked and kept that out!

I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The location is comfortable, a couple of blocks away from a metro station. The room was very clean, full of light and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and useful whenever needed. I do have some minor suggestions, such as adding more fresh veggies and yoghurt to the continental breakfast. Also, the maintanance staff was somewhat useless, and did not fulfill all my requirements (shampoo?!!!).
Overall, my general experience at the hotel was very positive, and I indeed will come back.

We stayed here for three nights in August this year. The hotel is within about 10 or 15 minutes walking distance of the White House. Our room was very big, it had a seperate kitchenette - sink, microwave and small fridge. It was quite dated, the bathroom especially could have done with a complete overhaul and the decor of the room was like something from the 80s - saying that it was clean and tidy though.

This was a free night stay, which I booked in July for a November trip , the Hotel is clean a bit older but well maintained. I was told when I booked the room I would need to take a King bed with a sitting area. OK , but what I received was a queen bed, a bit small for 2 single ladies, but we managed.
The room was a nice size and bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom .
We were on the third floor and the elevator was quite small, the stay also came with a breakfast in the morning which was all the usual carbs and very little else.
The breakfast staff and check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming.
