Nice place, friendly bar staff and a good location to the green line metro. Very close to the Washington Nationals Ball park. Only complaint is the temperature limiter on the shower was set so low that it was a luke warm shower, of course this was an unpleasant surprise in the AM. Only statement made by the senior sales manager was I will let engineering know.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov. 2011. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, only 1 block from the Navy Yard Metro, or a short cab ride to the Capitol. Around the corner there is a Subway and a burger joint. Breakfast was decent, with a buffet of hot food (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, oatmeal), made to order omelettes as well as cold food (cereal, croissants, bread, fruit, yogurt). I believe it was $10-$12 per person for the hot food buffet. Wish there was a Starbucks nearby, but there is a Subway and a burger joint around the corner for lunch or dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was our finding a sock (not ours!) among our blankets on the day of checkout, which made me question if they changed our sheets before check-in.

We got a good deal ($130/night), but if I had to pay $219/night + $30/day parking I would not have chosen this hotel.

At first glance of the hotel I knew it would be a great stay. I was able to use the friends and family rate so the price was very reasonable at 89$ per night. The room was very spacious and the beds were huge and comfy. There was a lounge and restaurant but they were closed for the night. Around the hotel there were a few eateries such as Subway, Five Guys, and Starbucks. The Navy Yard metro station is located one block over and there is also a CVS directly across the street. Overall I enjoyed my stay! FYI: do not waste money to park in the hotel's garage. They were charging the ridiculous price of 29.50$! Sheeesh...there is plenty of street parking available and it is free after 6:30pm and on Sundays.

Nice business hotel. Good room, bed, service and great breakfast. Centrally located.
