Stayed here one night over the Thanksgiving holiday. Was a last minute so when the rate was $60 I was thrilled. However, the hotel is in serious need of updating. It hasn't seen a renovation since the early 90's. The furniture was old, beds were low but comfortable, carpet was matted but clean, wallpaper was dated, and peeling in places. Also, bathrooms were clean for the most part but mine had part of the lower wall missing. I didn't get to sample the continental breakfast but it didn't look apetizing; and their wi-fi is intermittent at best. Still, if you just need to lay your head down for one night, I'd go for it.

This hotel is appalling it was a last minute option because there was nowhere else I know why the room was filthy the noise from the road and other guests kept us awake all night there were cars dropping off hookers all hours of the night my wife and son thought we were going to get murdered in our beds as there were some shady characters around all night please don't go there save yourself the stress

Never stay here, dangerous area, disgusting rooms, horrid staff who tried to charge us for phone calls we never made!

People in the car park at night, shouting, rough violent area......STAY AWAY!!

The only positive thing was the shuttle service, and the driver who ran it, great guy but as he said.....'I'm nothing to do with the hotel'

Want to get ripped off and murdered stay here, if not then don't!

Having no other hotels available in downtown Washington we were left with no option but to book this motel. It was out of town and situated on a very busy main road. The taxi driver told us there were drug users and prostitutes in the area and that we should not go out at night. They did offer a free shuttle bus to the nearest train station and the room was clean. We were originally planning to stay for three nights but ended up leaving after one night. This was mostly because I got very little sleep because of the traffic and we did not feel safe in the local area. I would not stay here again.
