We stayed 2 nights as part of 8 day tour and this was without doubt our best hotel. Well located, clean comfortable. friendly staff . We had probably worst view from window room 116 as we looked directly at a blank wall.

Having toured Cuba, staying in several hotels, including the Nacional in Havana, this beautiful hotel was a real treat. The reception staff are charming and immediately offer a welcome drink. The decor is very attractive and our bedroom opened out into a little courtyard. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. We only had breakfast and a lunch at the hotel but the food was excellent with plenty of choice for breakfast.

The hotel was a very peaceful and relaxing place, just perfect when touring and after the noise and bustle of the streets.

I love the elegant colonial architecture of this hotel. It's in the center of the city and very convenient. I had a room overlooking the square which was very nice. The room was spacious and there was good hot water supply. The internet was however down during my stay. After all, I was in Cuba, so I think I can't complain about that.
The staff are welcoming and friendly.
The dinner and breakfast were relatively not as good as the rest of the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. Our room was front facing with a balcony. We had a brilliant time here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and fresh.
