Awesome place to stay. We were here for two weeks in July and had a great time. The movie room and the outdoor cinema were great, the staff always seemed to be cleaning. Everyone was friendly and we even got dinner cooked for us by some lovely French travellers who cooked too much :)

The downside - it's VERY noisy out the back (where our private room was) with the jukebox playing till late, if not the jukebox then people singing/talking and the cleaning being done early morning. Because we were outside, I was constantly having to walk past all the smokers to get anywhere (obviously not a bad point if you smoke!!).

Would stay there again if they wern't always booked out!!

This place has everything! It can be a bit loud, but there's lots to do here.

I spent two months at this hostel, brilliant atmosphere and all the facilities. Probably not the place to stay if you are seeking a relaxing getaway, but this is possibly the best place too get drunk in Freo! Friendly staff and a good location make this place a winner.

This was the first hostel I stayed in and thoroughly enjoyed it. A lot of people are long termers but you are made to feel welcome, although can still be a little 'clicky'.
I stayed in a female dorm which has its own kitchen, TV, and bathroom. Spent a few nights in my PJs under a blanket watching one of the many DVDs on offer.
Staff are very helpful, the place is constantly been cleaned. My room was very small and there was no room to put my stuff. But ont he hole I had a great time and would definatley stay there again.
