This hotel was very nice, very friendly and very relaxing. The pool and wellness spa are very nice, and the hot stone messages are wonderful. The internet connect was a little iffy at times, but worked fine once you got connected. On this that stuck out was the exceptional service from the bartender Ja`n. Hey was very helpful and was very easy to get along with. Prego Ja`n!

We stayed at the hotel for one week in August and were very pleased with the trip. We booked a promotional rate off their website. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a fairly wide selection to choose from - the food was good. The evening meal (part of the offer) was truly excellent . Every night we came away impressed - and the setting - an elegant dining room - matched the quality of the food. The hotel itself has an old world charm - it can't be called modern but thats no bad thing. We would certainly go back.

If you plan to treat yourself with a bit of luxury then this hotel is right for you...we felt caressed from our arrival to the check-out. Be sure to try their swimming pool, it is one of the best hotel pools I have ever visited.
The only negative thing I can tell about the hotel is that WIFI access was not great in room and you had to go with your computer in the lobby to have a decent reception.

We have just spent a week skiing and staying at this hotel it is very comfortable and spacious with an atmoshere of grand hotels from the mid 1900s. The staff were all pleasant most speaking english. Service was very good as was the food.(buffet breakfast waiter served dinner). The rooms are large and ours had a superb view over the village they were very clean. it has a superb swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna (all free) massage is available at reasonable cost. Unfortunately it is located 500m up a fairly steep hill approx 1000m from the ski lift however the hotel has a courtesy bus that takes you down and returns you to the hotel twice a day . prices in the hotelm were very reasonable ie coffee 1.99 euro, beer 2.70 euro. overall a splendid hotel a cut above most ski holiday accomodation.
