We had a simply wonderful time. The food was excellent - both trad and modern European on offer. Rooms were spotless and we are quite picky about things like that. Staff were friendly, and the spa was excellent. You have to tolerate a slightly grouchy spa-meister who thinks the spa is his classroom for the body but apart from that it really is good with a proper freezing plunge pool to hop into after the (very good) sauna. All in all a very, very good hotel - the best we've used in Slovakia.

Hotel is new, small, with a family atmosphere. Food is very good and spa is included in the room charge.

We were so disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, that's why I chose it but the rooms are so small with barely any room to walk. The ceilings are slopped, making the room feel even smaller. The biggest problem is that the hotel is situated right on the main highway so you feel like your bed is in the middle of the highway. Every time a car or truck went by, the room vibrated and even with the window closed, the noise was terrible. Although we booked 3 nights, we quickly checked out the next morning at 7am. This is not a good place for a restful vacation. For a little extra money we stayed up the hill at the Grandhotel Praha and had a wonderful time.
