Good value hotel, location good near town we went in November and it was very quite even in the town Tavira a very interesting little town.

The hotel bedrooms need a update they are clean and functional but no wow factor. we styed in a Junior suite the price was excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, although we did find a ball under the bed. The TV? radio were old fashioned and had no english TV except CNN they were german french italian and of course portuguese channels. The extra room was a waste of time a table and a well worn settee and chair, no pictures and frankly poor. We moved the TV into the room so it had some sort of purpose.

The breakfast a buffet style was good and the staff were friendly. For the price it is a good hotel just needs a bit of TLC

Clean, tidy hotel perched above the north side of town a 5 minute walk from the river and main town.
Our 3 rooms were pretty much identical, an ok sized balcony, modernish furnishings and fittings including the bathroom.... and a real bargain at £22 per night room only. Air con was excellent.

Reception staff pleasant but not too helpful or friendly….bare minimum effort.

The free parking at the front of the hotel looked a little limited but there was plenty of on street parking on the quiet side streets

Bar/restaurant on the top floor with outside patio is a worthy of a visit even as a non guest. Friendly service to.

Not too far from the front of the hotel runs the railway to Faro complete with fine looking but rather noisy steel bridge but I slept well depite my room being at the front.

We loved tranquil Tavira. Just down the hill from the rear of the hotel before crossing the river there is a pleasant green triangle bordered by a few fine restaurants which was more for the locals than tourists. We enjoyed an excellent Indian meal with several free drinks thrown in.

A great value for money hotel.

Rooms were spacious with a large balcony overlooking Tavira.Location is up a steep hill from the town centre, so not everyones choice.
The staff were friendly & helpful - the breakfast buffet was excellentt. There is a rooftop bar which is the perfect place to round off the day
