Stayed at Dvorak for 6 nights and enjoyed it. I stayed on the 2nd floor, which was pretty much their "attic". The ceilings in 1/2 the room was "slanted" because of the roof. So, I suggest to get a room on the 1st or 0 floors.
Breakfast was amazing! They had sausages, eggs, vegetables, breads, pastries, fruit juices, cereals, fruit, etc! Breakfast was included w/the room.
Bathroom was squeaky clean. Room was spacious (I had a double room and it fit my suitcases).
Only "con" would be its location from the train station. If you have luggage, I'd advise you to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. All of the drivers should know where this hotel is (since there are only 2-3 hotels in Tabor I think...) The cost of the ride ranged from 70-90 czech crowns (which is roughly $4-$5 USD.) If you wish to walk, it's an easy walk along this one main road and it takes 25 minutes to walk from hotel to train station.
I stayed here for a convention. Meeting rooms are nice. Massage services were amazing. Overall, a nice experience. Most importantly, room was spacious and clean! The hotel is mainly newly renovated (or new) and used to be a brewery back 500 years ago.
