I was living in this hotel during my vacations in Riga. First of all it is far away from the centr. Service is poor. Cleanliness is avarage. Breakfast is terrible! And it's smells really bad! ETC!

My parents and I stayed there last summer when travelling through the Baltic states by car. Location wasn't really important for us, so we could stay out of town because we would drive anyway. But if you are travelling on your own and wihtout a car, do not choose this hotel. It's really fatr away from the center, and in a dark area. But the hotel itself is great. Good breakfast. The room was just huge and so spacious! I loved that part :) Free internet in the business center was good too. Free guarded parking.

This is a really nice hotel. I travel often, but this hotel stands out because of the cleanliness of the room i stayed in, warmth of atmosphere, and very pleasant staff, especially in reception. The view of Riga from the top of the floor is beautiful. And most of all, the price was right. I will definitely stay there again during my next visit to Riga.

I was in this hotel just a couple weeks ago and I liked the hotel, the room, the reception, etc. Actually, I didn't read any reviews about this hotel before, but now I just want to emphasize
that some of them are just bad fairy tales or were written by people who had bad luck.
I was in Tomo Hotel with my family (wife and 2 years old child) and all of the reception staff was so kind to my child during all week, what we were staying in Tomo Hotel. The girl from the reception ordered babycarriage for my child and in rather short time it was already here.
The room was clean every day. Nobody didn't disturb us. The acoustic insulation of our room was on good level, so we could really have rest.

I would like to say "Thank you" to the staff of Tomo for kind and professional reception.
I would recommend the Tomo Hotel and will choose it next time.
