We stayed as a group at TOMO during the European Championships in rugby.

The hotel was a nice quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket very nearby, and a fantastic laundry service right next door. There is a large shopping mall within walking distance (or 2.50LAT in a taxi).

The room standard was average, the bathroom felt a bit old and run down, and the water did not flow down the drain.

It is a bit far to the city, taking about 30 minutes on a bus and this is maybe the biggest downside if you are wanting to be a tourist. The breakfast was not so good with no fresh fruit and the bread was not so great.

This hotel served it´s purpose for our group as a lot of our travel was organised for us, and is probably best for conferences or similar where you do not need to go far from the hotel at any time.

Worst place I had been! There is no chance to sleep at night, because you should listen to laud music and/or yelling drinkers all night!

This is NOT a hotel for young couples, well we are 29 but things here close very early at the hotel.
The bar close at 22.00 wich is ridicilously early and restaurant closes at 20.00.
This is terrible.
It should be open much longer.

Internet connection is sio slow that u cant watch a youtube video even.....

But the hotel was good all else, reception spoke well english. And rooms were good.

Buss is right outside the hotel and u can take it to the centre of Riga. This hotel is far from the city centre , but with bus, no problem.

If i go to Riga again i will stay at another hotel that is closer to centrum and is more up to our pace,longer bar open and retaurant.

I was living in this hotel during my vacations in Riga. First of all it is far away from the centr. Service is poor. Cleanliness is avarage. Breakfast is terrible! And it's smells really bad! ETC!
