Small, unassuming hotel in an excellent location for Old Town Riga. Our room was on the small side but immaculately clean. You must try the restaurant. We had dinner there on our first night and it was fantastic. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall an excellent value for money hotel in a beautiful city.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for four nights and wishing I had booked for fourteen. Riga is a beautiful city, so much to do and places to visit and this lovely small hotel seems to be in the centre of everywhere you would want to visit, we never once had to make use of taxi or bus service. The hotel itself is small but perfect, lovely room, resurant, great food and fantastic friendly staff. My friend and I were looking for tickets for the opera, and the owners son managed to get us great seats to a "sold out" concert, above and beyond the call of duty, and we loved the show. We will return to like memorable city, and will most certainly be staying at Old Riga Hotel Vecriga.

We loved Riga and will certainly stay at ths hotel again.

We visited from 19th September until 23rd September. The Hotel was very near all the bars and restaurants which was good for my husband as he has mobility problems. We had a small room on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard. The only problem not a lot of natural light but got used to it. We had breakfast once while in the hotel. Thought it was quite expensive for what we had so we ate out after that. The staff were helpful especially after an unfortunate experience with a taxi from the airport. Always take the GREEN BALTIC TAXIS the price is fixed we unfortunately did not and landed up paying 15 Euros but the hotel very kindly managed to track down the offending driver and we received somemoney back!!
