We stayed there for 1 night and could say only good words, cause all rest was really nice.

Hotel located exactly on the main walking street of Jurmala and some meters from the sea.
We had superior room and room was at 8 floor with balcony and view to city and sea. Room, bathroom was clean and room was cosy.
+ wrappers at room, so in hotel you could use wrappers to walk to pool and spa treatments (slippers for extra charge)
+ good buffet breakfast with excellent waiter service
+ our spa treatments were good and treatment floor was really calm and peaceful with rest corner, where could drink tea before/after treatments

~ in sauna and pool area I could wish more different activities, but so was ok and there was bar middle of pool - lots of ice-cream shakes and cocktails

+ free wi-fi at 1st and 11th floor, but on our 8 floor we catched free wi-fi in room as well
+ excellent service at reception (Mr. Janis was very welcoming - I hope name was right)

We stayed in Jurmala Hotel for 1 night from 24- 25th of November. The hotel, bedroom and spa all looked nice and clean. The food was great, we had lunch buffee and dinner and on the leaving day breakfast. Everything except the staff was great. Why? Because the staff had no emotions what so ever. The didn't smile and to be honest they looked a bit mean.
But overall it was a nice stay.

This was our 1st visit to Jurmala. And will not be the last. The Hotel is great, from the moment you set foot through the door. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean, with very comfy beds. The bathroom was imaculate and well stocked.
We ate in the restaurant on the 1st night and have to say the service and meal were fantastic. Again very friendly staff. The pool and saunas were very nice and the spa treatment that we had was very professional and relaxing. so much so that my partner fell asleep during the massage.
Although Jurmala is generally a summer place, it is very beautiful and quiet in the autumn. The beach is stunning and clean.
We would recomend this area and this hotel to anyone........

We went to Jurmala for the spa. It was very nice, but I was expecting more from the spa. We were satisfied but missed a little. It was a little bit stressing running from one spa treatment to the other one in less than 5 minutes. The massagists didn't speak english, just a few words. We could not communicate much. I missed that. In some of the treatment-rooms, didn't have any music, I missed that too. It was nice but more average than great. The hotel was nice, the breakfast as well. We had lunch and dinner there as well, that was the best experience. Really good food and wine! The room was nice but the bathroom a little bit worn.Great service, reception, restaurant.
