Just checked out today ...was supposed to stay 3 more days....
First bed was horrible ...matress is about 5 cm thick! with springs frame underneath.
Color were VERY annoying ... RED lights inside the room
Nude picture on top of the head frame ... disgusting!
No Conditioner or soap bar in bath!
Lights in hallway keep changing making u feel like a casion not a hotel.

Tallink Spa and Conference Hotel was quite nice and relaxing experience. Breakfast is exeptionally good. Service in general was ok, front desk supervisor Märt was extremely nice and helpful. Free wifi.

That being said, this hotel might not be nice for long. The roof in the bathroom area in our room was made of cloth which was moldy. Not nice.
In the spa area, there is a lot of loose tiles.
This hotel is not very old, so I find this worrying.

Absolutely can NOT recommend this hotel. Word of advice to all who live in this hotel, examine carefully what you pay for and request receipt of everything and save them several months for this hotel exercising double billing. What you have paid for you will get a few months later a bill from VISA to pay the same thing again. They have done this with many customers, and they are not they willing to pay back what they charged twice. There are other good hotel in Tallinn. Avoid this, The rooms are rather bland. If you use the spa in the evening it costs extra.

Excellent spa hotel just outside the city walls, still only takes 10mins to walk even at a slow pace.

Service was excellent throughout the hotel and the food served at breakfast and dinner was great. They serve a very interesting White dessert!

Really enjoyed sitting in the pool bar for hours on end, whilst looking out to the snow and ice.
