I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights this is the second time I have used this hotel. when I arrived i was told that the the swimming pool sauna rooms etc was closed for the whole of my stay this was never highlighted to me before I arrived or at the time of booking which was very annoying as it was one of the main reasons I had booked the hotel. I was offerd use of a nearby hotel facilities at a cost of 10 euro per day. I was then offerd a 5 euro voucher to spend in the hotel for the duration of my stay which I declined. I like this hotel and it is good value,clean etc and breakfast is acceptable and I would stay again when the facilities I wanted were operational

We chose this hotel based on location and the spa facilities, and weren't disappointed with either. It was very easy to get to from the airport. Could have got the bus, but this hotel would have been the last stop on the loop, so opted for a taxi straight there. Used bus to get back to airport as stop right outside hotel and this eay around it is nice and quick. Taxi took about 10 mins and cost 15 euros. Hotel clean, smart, reception staff were welcoming and efficient. We had booked through Octopus and got a very good rate for New Years Eve. Room lovely, liked the huge windows. Bed comfortable and room temperature very good. Spa was great. Mainly used it for free in the morning when it was also much quieter. Had a couple of spa treatments which were fine. Only ate breakfast in the hotel - a very extensive hot and cold buffet. Location for walking to the old town perfect for us, just a few minutes to the Toompa, then straight down into the old town. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing for its price, quality of service and the rooms. We had a junior suite for what we have paid for a three star hotel in the UK. The spa facilities are absolutely first class as is the pool and gym. We were lucky to be in Tallinn at the end of August beginning of September 2011 and the weather was superb so the spa facilities were really welcomed after a hot day in the town.
The staff at the hotel are excellent. We should some of the staff there from UK hotels to see out customer service is really done.

Lovely hotel, ten minutes into the center of Tallinn, modern, clean and we were also lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Three restuarants in the hotel, and free use of the swimming pool and sauna before 11am for guests. Breakfast was continental but plentiful and at all times staff were helpful and courteous. Perfect for business or leisure I would highly recommend.
