This was the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in. The only thing that was good was the staff. Who by the way would deserve to be running a way better place than this.
Breakfast - minimal. Breakfast room - horrible, never heard of cozyness.
Outside it's the weirdest building, never seen a hotel. Really worn out. Looks like a mini hospital that's been abandoned couple decades ago. Cars can be parked on the yard but the gate is not closed at night. The yard is not a playground for children like said somewhere, there's just some grass areas that's it.
It has this vibe I think it may be a student dorm or something during school year? There were some girls in their 20s with laptops hanging out at the hotel. No problem but it's really not hotel-like at all.
It's in an area where there's nothing but houses around. Long way to both centre&beach.
When we arrived, the room had just been cleaned and the floor was really really wet. Furniture is horrible and it's such a cold atmosphere. Balconys are in a horrible shape as well.
Quiet it was.
It's just that I paid 78€ for one night/2persons+a dog and it was just WAY too much!!
I'd say, if you travel to Pärnu, do it for the beach and spa - go straight to Tervise Paradiis hotel&spa on the beach and visit the centrum only for food and maybe the "sugar" nightclub on weekends.
