This hotel is very well located in a corner of the city center, however, it is very easy to reach any location from there by using public transport, and all the center is in walking distance.

Hotel does not have any special interior, but is quite convenient. Room size is ok, and we got our room cleaned every day.

Breakfast is very basic, maybe a bit boring.
However, it was totally budget price (December), and it was definitely value for the money.

Me and my friend were looking for a basic hotel/hostel to sleep while spending a weekend in Vilnius and chose Ecotel after friend's recommendation. We didn't need anything else but a bed to sleep in and a shower and this hotel offered that, but also quite a good breakfast. The beds were ok, nothing special, but enough for my needs. Shower and bathroom were good and the overall cleanliness really good. So, for the small price we paid for the accomodation, we got a lot! I was very satisfied with the hotel. Also it's within a walking distance from the center. I recommend this to any budget travellers, who don't need any luxuries :)

we had a fantastic stay for 3 days here during our stay at Vilnius. Though outside the old town, it is manageable as old town is only 15 mins walk away. on the first look of it, the staff at the reception seems to be a bit cold, but if you ask them for some help, they are more than eager to help you. There is also a good restaurant serving good Russian culinary on the main road just outside the hotel. Rooms were very clean. The bathroom with the towel-heater was perfect. Room service too was adequate. Breakfast buffet was very lavish and appetizing with lots of cakes and smoked fish etc. though noise is a bit of problem in this hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for future travelers.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in the first week of Sept 2011.
Location:
About 10 minutes walk north from the bridge (Zaliasis Tilta) over the river on Vilnius Gatve(street) where the Bus No 2 from the airport also stops. No shops or restaurants near the hotel.
Room Rate:
For a single room the lowest rate I was able to find in 1st week of Sept was about US $82 per night with breakfast which I thought was not a good value for this hotel.
Room:
Clean but outdated and small. Shower was by itself a small room. Single bed was not comfortable. The bed sheet can not be tucked in on the wall side so it was not staying in place. Only one bath towel but it had towel driyng rack.
Front Desk Staff:
Not so helpful. During the checking, I requested change of a 50 Ltl bill, I was told we do not do that ! The night clak, a lady named Dzierana was not that keen on helping the guests.
Hotel arranges for a taxi to the airport for 25 euros !!
I paid only 15 litas one way with EKIPAZAS taxi.

Breakfast:
Buffet with good selection. Well attended by the staff.


There was a computer with internet next to the front desk which was free to use.
I saw a few people at the bar in the lobby in the evening.
The first night: There were people in the rear of the hotel talking very loud. My room was on the higher floor but I could not sleep.
Second Night: The people satying on the same floor made a lot of noise talking loudly in the hallway !
Recommendation: I would stay at a hotel with better ratings near the center even if it cost a little extra.
